Core Profile
I'm a designer, founder, and creator who has spent the last 19 years building digital products, brands, companies, and experiences all over the world.
I've never really fit into one box. I design. I build. I travel. I shoot. I experiment. Everything I learn in one area ends up influencing the others, and that's how my work has always grown.
I've designed 200+ websites, 60+ SaaS platforms, and worked with companies like Google, Adobe, MINI, VISA, P&G, and a long list of startups trying to do something meaningful. The focus has always been the same: bring clarity to complex ideas and turn them into experiences people actually want to use.
Today the work runs through three practices: KICKFLIP (design and innovation studio), Perspektiva (a platform for designers), and Panic Frame (group travel and adventure, where I lead the digital and visual side as a partner). Alongside that, I'm building and running over 110+ ventures with AI across various industries.

Co-founded in 2023 after a decade of organising design events in Bulgaria (Design Drinks, now near its 100th edition). Mentorship, workshops, content, and a community built to bridge the gap between design skill and design success, the perspective, business sense, and clarity that design school doesn't teach.

As the lead of all digital initiatives at Panic Frame, I manage the website's design and development, spearhead strategic digital marketing efforts, and streamline services through automation and AI. In addition, I am also involved in planning and leading adventure trips, and I use my skills in photography and videography to document these unique experiences.

Thinking Style
I don't believe in titles. I believe in capabilities.
Titles are a résumé compression. Capabilities are what I can actually do for the work, regardless of what's on the business card. After nineteen years across studios, companies, and continents, here's the honest list.
- Experience design
UX/UI, journeys, interfaces that feel like confidence.
- Product strategy
From signal to direction. What to build, why, and when to stop.
- Creative direction
Bringing taste and coherence to multidisciplinary teams.
- Brand positioning
Clarity-led identity for fast-moving founders.
- AI workflows
Practical, not theatrical. Copilot, not autopilot.
- Storytelling systems
Content architectures that compound across platforms.
- Visual storytelling
Photography, drone, FPV, film. The lens as discipline.
- Advisory & mentorship
Founders, designers, and creatives navigating chaos.
The combinations are the point. A brand built without UX leaks. A product without storytelling drifts. AI without taste is noise. The capabilities feed each other, and that's the advantage.
Systems & Frameworks
A clarity-led process for shaping products, brands, and strategy without agency overhead. Every engagement starts with a strategy memo before any pixel is moved. Decisions are framed in advance, kill criteria, success criteria, the smallest version that proves the thesis. The loop runs in days, not months.
1 · Listen, discovery sessions, archives, signals 2 · Map, frame the real problem in one sentence 3 · Synthesize, strategy memo with kill criteria 4 · Design, prototype the smallest provable version 5 · Ship, release into real use 6 · Iterate, versioned in the open, weekly review
KICKFLIP's template kernel for shipping brand systems that compound across client engagements. A brand is treated as infrastructure, declared in tokens (color, type, spacing, motion), enforced via internal copilot, and versioned like software. Two days into a new engagement and the team is already operating inside a working brand OS, not waiting for a guideline PDF.
├─ tokens (color · type · spacing · motion) ├─ voice (rules · lexicon · anti-patterns) ├─ components (primitives → patterns → templates) ├─ governance (review checklist · changelog) └─ runtime (Brand OS copilot enforces the rules)
Practical AI integration across the studio, for research, drafts, ideation, copy, and review. The rule is simple: AI handles volume, humans handle taste. A designer with this stack ships in a week what used to take a month. The leverage is real; the taste is the wall that keeps the output from feeling generated.
├─ research (synthesis from interviews + sources) ├─ drafts (first-pass copy · UI variations · prompts) ├─ review (lint against brand OS · accessibility · copy) └─ taste (everything human, always)
The capture pipeline behind every Panic Frame trip and personal expedition. Drone, mirrorless, FPV, and voice notes all funnel into one timeline at capture time, synced, tagged, and editable in the field. The same archive feeds the trip film, the photography selects, the field journal, and the future essay. Capture once, publish many.
├─ capture (drone · stills · FPV · voice notes) ├─ sync (one timeline · in-field) ├─ cull (selects · color · light triage) └─ publish (film · stills · journal · stories)
A shared idea bank that ships platform-specific executions. LinkedIn gets long-form reflection. Instagram gets cinematic and visual. Threads gets the raw punchy testing ground. X gets experimental hooks. Same idea, four executions, never repeating, always reinforcing. The content is the practice; the practice is the content.
├─ pillars (design · agency · entrepreneurship · AI · travel) ├─ platforms (LinkedIn · Instagram · Threads · X) ├─ rhythm (~5×/week across the stack) └─ archive (~60 pieces; new work in drafts)
The reason the work compounds: nothing is siloed. A trip to Iceland becomes a film, becomes a content series, becomes a brand reference for a client, becomes a system. AI tools tested for content end up in client workflows. A KICKFLIP delivery becomes a Perspektiva case study. The multidimensional life isn't a balance, it's a deliberate recombination.
Design ↔ AI · brand systems amplified by AI workflows AI ↔ Content · tools tested in public become assets Travel ↔ Content · field becomes editorial Content ↔ Design · stories teach what the work is for
Built to teach designers the perspective and business sense design school doesn't cover. Mentorship 1:1 for the strategic calls, workshops for the tactical skills, community for the long arc, content for the broad reach. The frame: designers don't lack talent, they lack perspective. The curriculum closes that gap.
├─ mentorship (1:1 for senior strategic calls) ├─ workshops (tactical skill cohorts) ├─ community (Design Drinks · ongoing rooms) └─ content (free reach · onboarding to the rest)
Future Direction
The next chapter is about reinvention, across practice, platform, and person.
KICKFLIP evolves into an AI-augmented studio model. Small team, leverage underneath, taste at the top. Same clarity, more output, longer relationships.
Perspektiva matures into a real platform for designers, content, mentorship, community, and the business sense design school doesn't teach. Bulgaria-rooted, broader reach.
Expanding the lens. More travel, more film, more writing, more honesty in public. The goal is to keep recombining domains until the work compounds without me.
